We offer shipping across the UK.
Certain items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight or local regulations.
When you place an order, we’ll estimate shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and the selected shipping method. Those estimates will appear at checkout.
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Unless otherwise agreed, standard delivery is within 30 calendar days of placing the order, in line with distance-selling rules.
If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel the order with a full refund.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a legal right to cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Once you notify us of your intention to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
If you are not informed of your cancellation rights at the time of purchase (or via durable medium such as email), this cancellation period may be extended.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with original tags attached.
Be in its original packaging, with all labels intact.
Use appropriate and secure packaging when returning the item.
Boxed items must be returned in their original undamaged boxes.
You are responsible for paying the return shipping cost (unless the item is faulty). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method or obtaining shipping insurance, so you can prove the return was sent.
Once your return is received, we will inspect it and notify you via email whether your refund is approved.
If approved, we will refund the original payment method within 7 days of approval.
Please note: Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund.
If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven’t received the money, email us at rebeldesignerwear@hotmail.com.
If the item is faulty, damaged or not as described:
You have the right to reject the goods and receive a full refund (including the standard delivery cost).
In such cases, you should not be charged for the return shipping.
Log in to your account.
In “My Account,” select the order and choose Return Item(s).
Pack the item securely and send it to us.
We will notify you by email when the return is processed and the refund is issued.
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria above.
You are liable for any diminished value of returned goods if they have been handled more than necessary for inspection.
The Consumer Contracts Regulations require that certain pre-contract information is given (e.g. business name, contact details, delivery charges, cancellation rights) — we comply with these rules.
These rights apply to consumers (i.e. non-business buyers).
